CHALLENGES & REQUIREMENTS The rapid growth of the institution due to the endeavor of
its leadership and the efforts of its dedicated staff has opened windows of opportunity
for the Flaiz institution. But, with the windows of opportunity come various
challenges. The school and the college face with a continuous challenge of improving its infrastructure so as to remain contemporary in providing the right facilities for its students and make education relevant and a joy to its students. There has been an increasing pressure on the existing facilities as there is a rapid growth both in the student strength and staff strength and this calls for an immediate investment and up gradation of infrastructure. The college leadership foresees the following requirements:
Flaiz college encourages its Alumni and well wishers to participate and contribute to its vision through their generous contributions as the college endeavors to become a “Centre of Excellence” and a “Deemed University” thereby contributing to the Society in a uniquely “Adventist way” |
